At Ken Pollock Ford, we're here to address your needs for automotive service during the COVID-19 shelter in place and stay home initiatives that are currently under advisement in Pennsylvania along with the nation. For auto service, we're open, but we have a no contact service option that you can use to get your vehicle maintained.

Our no contact service is as follows:

  • Park your vehicle outside our service department
  • Remove an envelope from the night drop box and fill it out (make sure you have a pen) and place envelope in rear of box so it falls into our retention basket and we'll contact you when we get it

When we do call you we'll let you know we have your vehicle and we can provide an estimate for services from cost to how long it will take. If you have any questions, our service advisors are here throughout our scheduled hours to answer them for you. We'll take payment with a credit or debit card over the phone, and when the work is completed, we'll place a copy of your invoice and sanitized key inside your vehicle on the driver's seat so you can be on your way.

Please make sure to follow safety guidelines of your own too, so if you're sick, please reschedule. Also, if you do need to wait for your vehicle, please adhere to social distancing guidelines.
