We're Offering New Services In Response To COVID-19

Our sales, service, parts and collision departments are open to help with any of your vehicle needs, following CDC guidelines. Safe and reliable transportation is essential to the health and well being of you, your family and your business. We're here for you today and going forward. We welcome all makes and models for repair and maintenance.

For all of our customers, as well as our team members, we are following the latest public health guidance, making adjustments to minimize risk by:

  • Providing hand sanitizer throughout our facilities and practicing social distancing
  • Sanitizing all surfaces of vehicles, including door handles and steering wheels, and wiping down keys before returning to customers
  • Using sanitary covers on steering wheels and seats when we are handling customer vehicles
  • Requiring our technicians to wear gloves 
  • Offering a No Contact Service option to our Service & Parts customers
  • We have asked employees who are feeling ill to remain home
  • Continuously monitoring guidelines and recommendations put forth by local, state and federal government as well as the CDC

Ken Pollock Auto Group offers you the option to purchase your next vehicle online without stepping foot inside of our dealership. Our entire new and used vehicle inventory is available online! Here ares some things you'll need:

  • Current Drivers License
  • Current Insurance card
  • Current Registration (if trading in a vehicle)

Once you find the perfect vehicle, you can use the shopping tools on our site to complete the most important steps in the car buying process. A member of our sales team will help guide you through this series of steps.

We Now Offer No-Contact Service

No-Contact Service

We're now offering an option for no-contact auto service at our Service Center.

We're now offering an optional no-contact service offering to allow you to pick up and drop off your vehicle for repairs or maintenance without coming into contact with our staff members.

Important Reminders:

  • If you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath etc., please call us to reschedule your appointment.
  • Please take advantage of our No Contact Service Option. If you do need to wait, please limit this to one person, per car and maintain all CDC protocols for social distancing while with us.
  • We will continue to thoroughly sanitize all touchpoints of both our stores and your vehicle, multiple times per day, and after use.
  • Please note that for your safety we have temporarily removed all complimentary snacks and beverages from our waiting areas.
  • By Order of the PA Secretary of Health, Rachel Levine, M.D., all employees, customers, visitors and vendors, will be required to wear a mask, in order to enter the building. If you feel you have a medical condition that may restrict you from wearing a mask, please discuss with management. Ken Pollock Auto Group MUST abide by this order. Until further notice, if you do not have a mask on, you will not be permitted to enter our dealership.
